Welcome to Morning Star Quilting! Owned and operated by award winning quilter, Sharon French, we have been creating stunning designs for local clients on the Central Coast since 2006.
Sharon has more than 30 years experience in quilt making and over 20 years experience longarm machine quilting for customers. With a huge dedication to her craft and a belief that every quilt is made with love, Sharon feels blessed to have quilted so many beautiful quilts for her clients over the years.
Sharon is a passionate teacher of quilt making and loves sharing her skills with her students. Based in Bateau Bay, Sharon teaches one on one private lessons for budding quilters of all skill levels.

Sharon quilts customer’s quilts from all over the Central Coast and NSW. She can turn your tops into beautiful treasures!
Make an appointment with Sharon today to bring your completed quilt top to the studio for drop off. Once here and in consultation with Sharon, you can choose your quilting design, select your thread colour and leave your quilt in her very capable hands to machine quilt with her longarm machine.
Sharon is also committed to teaching students basic and intermediate quilt making techniques. She loves sharing her knowledge and skills with students who are eager to learn the art of quilt making.
