Mail Order Service
I offer a mail order service to customers who don't live on the Central Coast and would like me to quilt their quilts. If you are interested please contact me, by phone or email.
If you email me, please provide your details (name, address, phone number), the size of the quilt, the type of quilting your require, and if possible a photo of your quilt.
I can then email you some quilting suggestions and a quote for the quilting if you would like an all over edge-to-edge pattern. If you require custom work I will give you some option and estimates of the pricing.
Please deliver your quilt to me in a box large enough to use to return the quilt to you.
When I receive the quilt, I will make suggestions as to the pattern for edge-to-edge quilting and thread colour. These will be emailed to you.
For custom work, we will discuss your requirements and I will give you a fixed price for the quilting. As custom work can 'evolve' as the quilt is worked on, I will make suggestions for the quilting, but may change these as I quilt it. Many of my custom clients just tell me to quilt the quilt as I think best, but this is always in consultation with the client.
Payment for mail order services are by direct deposit into my bank account prior to the quilt being returned to you.
Quilts are returned to you by Australia Post or courier depending on your preference. If using Australia Post I recommend the use of registered mail. Postage/courier fees and insurance are charged at cost. If I need to purchase packaging to return the quilt, this will also be charged for at cost.
